Speed Up Thumbnail Browsing in ACDSee 7

ACDSee7 has been featured on this site before. This time we want to spread the word about a little trick to speed up thumbnail browsing.
Kris Butler of ACDSee writes:
"ACDSee 7 catalogs information about your pictures to the database as you browse through each folder for the first time. This happens without you specifically requesting it to catalog folders using the Catalog Wizard. However, without pre-cataloging folders, it takes a little bit longer for image thumbnails to display the first time you browse each folder because ACDSee is first saving information about them. Once this is done, you will get speedier thumbnail display when you open the folder on subsequent occasions."
